Additional important information
It is CFSG's practice not to disclose any personal or confidential information about its clients to any affiliated or non-affiliated financial service providers, joint marketing partners or third parties who do not provide CFSG with operational support.
If we believe you might benefit from a product or service offered by any outside third party, including our owner banks, we will obtain your approval before providing them with your information.
Mobile Application Data Collection
When you use the Community Financial Services Group mobile application, certain limited technical information may be collected to provide and maintain the functionality and security of the application.
Information Collected Through the Mobile Application
The mobile application may collect the following information when you log in and use the app:
• Email address used to authenticate your account
• Account identifiers (such as internal account or user ID) necessary to securely retrieve your financial account information
• Financial account information such as account balances, portfolio information, and account activity necessary to display your accounts within the application
This information is used solely to operate and secure the application, authenticate users, and provide account access.
Technical and Diagnostic Information
To maintain reliability and security, the mobile application may also collect limited technical data such as:
• Application performance metrics
• Crash logs and diagnostic information
• General interaction information such as navigation between screens within the application
This information is used only to maintain application functionality, improve performance, and resolve technical issues.
No Advertising or Data Tracking
Community Financial Services Group does not use your personal or financial information for advertising purposes. The mobile application does not track users across third-party applications, websites, or services for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Sharing
Information collected through the mobile application is used only to provide financial services and operate the application. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing.
