Community Financial Services Group, LLC is the trust and investment affiliate of the
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, Community National Bank, and the National Bank of
Middlebury. The company, which manages over $1.1 billion in Vermont, New Hampshire and
over 40 other states, is seeking a qualified individual with solid sales experience and
administrative skills for the position of Wealth Advisor in Littleton/Franconia New Hampshire
region. The primary responsibilities of this position would be to take over and administer an
existing book of business primarily within the New Hampshire region including remote accounts.
This role will involve ongoing meetings with existing clients to include the elements of financial
planning as necessary for each client. As a Wealth Advisor in the region, you will become the
primary point of contact for our owner-bank employees to refer individuals and businesses in
need of financial services. You will be responsible for bringing onboard managed investment
account business as well as administering, servicing, and retaining existing accounts. After a
transition period, you will be the lead Wealth Advisor in the Central New Hampshire market.
Administrative support and peer assistance are provided. The position is primarily office-based
with flexibility for remote work.

Desired Attributes:

  • Series 7 Registration and Series 66 Required
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) highly desired.
  • Five years of client-facing financial planning and investment management experience required.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working individual with a proven sales track record.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to set and achieve daily and weekly task goals.
  • Willingness to travel by personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) in local territory for client meetings and new business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong administration and client facing communication skills.
  • Focus on delivering outstanding client service.
