General Office Administrator

Community Financial Services Group, a VT-based trust company that provides local personal investment and financial planning services to our clients, is currently recruiting for a General Office Administrator for our Barre, VT office.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating Company events
  • Preparing presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Calendar and Event management for President & CEO
  • Scheduling appointments with clients and vendors
  • Updating and managing a broad range of reports
  • Assisting with onboarding new staff
  • Liaison with the Company’s payroll vendor
  • Administering the Company’s benefit package and a wide range of other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree or higher, three years prior administrative experience, excellent communication skills, strong Microsoft products background including Excel, Word and Power Point, and be highly organized.
