The benefits of an enduring financial relationship

When a husband and wife, clients of CFSG for several years, expressed their desire to move out of state and closer to their grandchildren, we quickly contacted a loan officer at one of our 3 affiliate banks and arranged a loan, allowing our clients to buy a new home near their family before they even listed their home in Vermont.

Another client began receiving less and less service on his business loans from his bank, which had recently become part of a large, out-of-state organization. Knowing he was dissatisfied, our trust officer contacted the president of one of CFSG’s 3 affiliate banks and quickly arranged for the loans to be moved and serviced locally. Now, our client receives the service he deserves.
